Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 27, 2026

Vague Media LLC ("we," "us") takes privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how we collect, process and share information through the website currently located at vaguespac.es (the "Site," which includes any materials and services made available through such website and any successor websites, together with email messages that link to this Policy) and in the course of providing consulting, strategy, design and software development services to our clients (the "Services"). Please read this Policy carefully.

By providing us with Personal Information (as defined below), you agree to the terms and conditions of this Policy. Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings provided in our Terms of Service.

1. Personal Information.

You may choose whether to provide Personal Information in connection with your use of the Site. If you choose not to provide the information we request, you may still visit and use the Site, but we will be unable to respond to you or to provide the Services.

  1. Personal Information We May Collect.

"Personal Information" is information that identifies you as an individual, which may include name, email address, postal address, telephone number, organization and job title, and personal information included in communications you send to us.

We use third-party services to process payments for the Services. If you pay an invoice by card or bank transfer, your payment details are collected by such third parties and not by us, and are subject to the third party's privacy policy, rather than this Policy. We receive only a confirmation of payment and limited details such as the card brand, the last four digits and the billing country. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, such third party's collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information.

In the course of an Engagement you may provide us with data, documents, credentials and other materials that contain Personal Information about your staff, members, visitors, donors, customers or other individuals ("Client Data"). We process Client Data only on your instructions and solely to perform the Services, as further described in Section 2. If you submit any Personal Information relating to other people to us or to our service providers, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use the information in accordance with this Policy.

  2. How We May Collect Personal Information.

We and our service providers may collect Personal Information in a variety of ways, including:

    • Through the Site. We collect Personal Information when you send us a message through the contact form on the Site.
    • By email and video call. We collect Personal Information when you correspond with us, schedule or attend a call, or accept a Proposal.
    • From automated means. When you use the Site, our web server records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, as described in Section 3.
    • From other sources. We may receive your Personal Information from other sources, such as public websites, professional networking platforms, or people who refer you to us.
  3. How We May Use Personal Information.

We and our service providers will process Personal Information only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use specified below, except when we obtain your consent or as otherwise permitted by law. Our purposes of use of Personal Information include:

    • To respond to your inquiries and fulfill your requests, such as to answer a question sent through the contact form or to prepare a Proposal.
    • To provide the Services, including to communicate with you about an Engagement, deliver work, and provide support.
    • To send administrative information to you, for example, invoices, information regarding the Site, and changes to our terms, conditions and policies.
    • To keep the accounting, tax and business records that the law requires.
    • For our business purposes, such as understanding how the Site is used in aggregate, improving and securing the Site, and operating our business.
    • As we believe to be necessary or appropriate: (a) under applicable law; (b) to comply with legal process; (c) to respond to requests from public and government authorities; (d) to enforce our Terms of Service, this Policy and other policies; (e) to secure and protect our Site, operations or those of any of our affiliates; (f) to protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, and/or that of our affiliates, you or others; (g) to detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud or security issues; (h) to conduct audits; and (i) to allow us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain.

We do not send marketing communications unless you have asked to receive them, and we do not use Personal Information to serve advertising.

  4. How We May Disclose Personal Information.

Your Personal Information may be disclosed:

    • To our third-party service providers who provide services such as website hosting, email delivery, payment processing, accounting, information technology and related infrastructure provision, and other similar services, solely so that they can provide those services to us.
    • To subcontractors who assist us in performing the Services, who are bound by confidentiality obligations at least as protective as those in our Terms of Service.
    • To a third party in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or membership interests (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings).

We won't sell your Personal Information, and we won't exchange, transfer or disclose it without your consent except as provided in this Policy.

2. Client Data.

When we process Client Data on your behalf during an Engagement, you remain the controller (or business) and we act as your processor (or service provider). We will process Client Data only as needed to perform the Services and as you instruct in writing; will not sell it, share it for advertising, or use it for any purpose of our own; will keep it confidential and protect it with reasonable security measures; will assist you, where reasonably possible, in responding to requests from individuals about their data; and will return or delete Client Data on completion of the Engagement, except where we are required by law to retain it. Where you require a separate data processing agreement, we will enter into one as part of the Proposal.

3. Cookies & Similar Technologies.

The Site does not set cookies and does not use pixel tags, web beacons or similar tracking technologies. We use a self-hosted, privacy-focused analytics service that collects anonymous, aggregated statistics about traffic on the Site, such as the pages visited, the referring website, browser and device type, screen size and country. It does not use cookies, does not store full IP addresses, and does not identify individual visitors or track them across other websites. Our web server also keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting; these logs are deleted automatically within thirty (30) days. We do not collect the physical location of your device beyond the country-level information described above.

4. Third-Party Services.

This Policy doesn't address, and we aren't responsible for, the privacy, information or other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating any site or service to which the Site links, and any payment, hosting, analytics or other platforms that you use in connection with Deliverables we build for you. The inclusion of a link on the Site doesn't imply endorsement of the linked site or service by us or by our affiliates. The Site loads typefaces from a third-party font service, which may receive your IP address and browser information when the fonts are requested.

5. Security.

We seek to use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect Personal Information within our organization. The Site is served over HTTPS, and Client Data is stored on access-controlled systems. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us in accordance with the "Contacting Us" section below.

6. Retention of Your Information.

We keep your Personal Information for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. Messages sent through the contact form or by email are kept for as long as they are useful to the relationship. Proposals, invoices, contracts and related correspondence are kept for seven (7) years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Client Data is returned or deleted at the end of an Engagement as described in Section 2. Server logs are deleted within thirty (30) days, and aggregated analytics data, which cannot be tied to you, may be kept indefinitely. The length of time for which we retain other information depends on the purposes for which we collected and used it, requirements of applicable laws, the amount, nature and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of the information, the resolution of any pending or threatened disputes, and enforcement of our agreements. When we no longer require the Personal Information, we will either delete or deidentify it or, if this is not possible, securely store it in accordance with this Policy and cease use of the Personal Information until deletion is possible.

7. Choices & Access.

  1. Your choices regarding our use and disclosure of your Personal Information.

If you have asked to receive updates from us and no longer wish to, you may opt out by clicking on an unsubscribe link at the bottom of an email that you receive from us, or by responding to the email directly and requesting removal, or by sending a request to hello@vaguespac.es. You can't opt out of receiving transactional emails related to an Engagement, e.g., invoices, delivery notices or emails with important matters related to agreements you have with us. We won't typically communicate with you by text message or phone call unless you provide us with your phone number and we need to contact you about an Engagement.

  2. Your Other Personal Information Rights.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your Personal Information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Please feel free to contact us if you need to change or delete any Personal Information we've collected. In your request, please make the nature of your request clear and what Personal Information is within the scope of your request. For your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the Personal Information associated with the email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. We will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable, and in any event within thirty (30) days, or otherwise in compliance with applicable laws. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We may need to retain certain information as required by law, for recordkeeping purposes, or to complete any Engagement that you began before requesting such change or deletion. There may also be residual information that will remain within our databases and other records, which won't be removed. We may not be able to fulfill your request due to certain exceptions in applicable law or due to legal obligations, and if we are not able to fulfill your request, we will notify you.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Vague Media LLC is the controller of your Personal Information, and our legal bases for processing are performance of a contract (providing the Services), our legitimate interests (responding to you, securing and improving the Site, and running our business), and compliance with legal obligations. Depending on where you live, you may have a right to lodge a complaint with a regulatory authority if you believe we have violated your rights in your Personal Information. But we encourage you to contact us first at hello@vaguespac.es to give us a chance to address your concerns.

8. How We Respond to Do Not Track Signals.

Some web browsers may allow you to enable a do-not-track feature that alerts the websites you visit that you do not want your online activities to be tracked. Because the Site does not track visitors across other websites, we don't respond or take any action with respect to "do not track" signals; the anonymous, aggregate statistics described in Section 3 are collected regardless of such signals.

9. Use of Site By Minors.

THE SITE AND THE SERVICES ARE DIRECTED TO BUSINESSES, ORGANIZATIONS AND WORKING PROFESSIONALS, NOT TO INDIVIDUALS UNDER THE AGE OF 18, AND WE ASK THESE INDIVIDUALS TO REFRAIN FROM PROVIDING PERSONAL INFORMATION THROUGH THE SITE. WE DO NOT KNOWINGLY SOLICIT PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN OR MINORS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 OR SEND THEM REQUESTS FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION. IF YOU BELIEVE WE HAVE COLLECTED PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM A PERSON UNDER 18 YEARS OLD WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THEIR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN, PLEASE LET US KNOW IMMEDIATELY BY CONTACTING US AS INDICATED IN THIS POLICY AND PROVIDING SUFFICIENT INFORMATION SO WE CAN ACT APPROPRIATELY.

10. Cross-Border Transfer.

Your Personal Information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers, and by using the Site or the Services you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence, including the United States, which may have different data protection rules than those of your country. Where required, we rely on our service providers' standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

11. Sensitive Information.

Please do not send us or disclose any sensitive Personal Information (e.g., social security numbers, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, or criminal background) on or through the Site. We do not require any sensitive or special Personal Information to provide the Services. If an Engagement requires us to handle sensitive information contained in Client Data, we will do so only under the written instructions and safeguards agreed in the Proposal. If you otherwise provide any sensitive or special Personal Information, please contact us so that we may assist you in deleting the information.

12. Updates to This Policy.

We may change this Policy. Please look at the "Last Updated" legend at the top of this page to see when this Policy was last revised. Any changes to this Policy will become effective when we post the revised policy on the Site. Your use of the Site following these changes means that you accept the revised policy. We will notify current clients by email of any material change that affects an Engagement in progress.

13. Contacting Us.

If you have any questions about this Policy, please contact us by email at hello@vaguespac.es or by mail at Vague Media LLC, 1111B S Governors Ave STE 40302, Dover, DE 19904.
